Here's how to read the ingredients list:

Genuine soft soap is made from oils and potassiumhydroxide instead of sodiumhydroxide, either potassium hydroxide or potash lye, as it is also called, creates soft soap crystals. Consequently, soap has an ingredients list with INCI names that begin with: Potassium. The names indicate that the soap contains fatty acid salts (soft soap/soap) saponified with potassium hydroxide and the respective oil.

This does not mean that a “foreign chemical” has been added, but simply the specific name of the soap that has formed and the oil or fat from which it was made. In everyday language, we say soap; in “chemical terminology,” soap made from rapeseed oil is called: Potassium canolate. And Aqua, which is just ordinary water.
