How to do laundry step by step?

Guide: How to wash in a washing machine

1. Sort the laundry

- Sort clothes by color (white, dark, and colored) and material (cotton, synthetics, delicate fabrics).

- Separate very dirty clothes from lightly soiled ones.

2. Read the care instructions

- Check each garment's care instructions for the recommended temperature and washing program.

3. Choose the right washing program, general advice:

- Cotton: Use a standard program with a higher temperature (40–60 degrees).

- Synthetics: Choose a gentler program with a lower temperature (30–40 degrees).

- Delicates/wool: Use a gentle program with cooler water (30 degrees). Or wash by hand.

3. Dose detergent

- Follow the instructions on the detergent and adjust the amount according to the load size and how dirty the clothes are. If you use all-purpose detergent, you do not need several types of detergent.

4. Load the washing machine

- Fill the machine without overloading it. Clothes need room to circulate and get clean.

5. Start the machine

- Press the start button and let the machine run the program.

6. Empty the machine

- When the laundry is finished, take the clothes out immediately to avoid bad odors and wrinkles.

- Dry according to the care instructions: tumble dry, hang dry, or lay flat to dry.

Following these steps helps keep your clothes clean and in good condition!
