How to clean your baking trays without unnecessary chemicals

It needs to be said right away – it won't clean itself

Unfortunately, as the heading suggests …. it takes work to get the baking trays clean. Even though household tips circulate suggesting that all you need to do is take out a sugar cube and a bottle of vinegar and the tray will clean itself …. But that's not how it works. You have to put in a little effort, and it is entirely doable with the right tools and soap. So why use soap?
-Yes, because you use soap when the dirt is greasy or burnt and comes from organic material. That is usually the case in the oven. Soap, water, and a few tools are all you need, so this is a genuine eco-tip.

Use vinegar for glass, shiny surfaces that need polishing, and when the cause of the dirt is LIMESCALE; that's when you bring out the vinegar. Using vinegar for everything is not a good strategy.
What about the oven rack? – Yes, clean it exactly as we do in the video with the baking tray.
